Screen a coordinate before you bid
This map is a pre-offer land screen: ALC, flood, heritage, ground, planning sample and wet-season crops on one dossier. It is not MAGIC, not a CON29, and not a listing portal. The first twenty seats are Founding Screen at a locked founding price while Stripe Checkout is wired on HTTPS.
You are not buying open government data. Those feeds stay free. You are buying the mash-up, saved sites, PDF packs and — later — seats for a practice.
What stays free
The map, the ALC overlay, listed buildings as you zoom, and Identify on a coordinate. Use the three example pins on the map (Fen peat, heavy clay, floodplain) with no account.
What Founding Screen is for
- Unlimited Identify once the paywall is live — no three-screens-a-day cap.
- The full dossier — policy call, constraint meters, likely / possible / unlikely, soils, stamp-duty sketch.
- Save and share — PDF report and a live briefing link for a coordinate.
- Compare pins on the left rail instead of one site at a time.
Auth, Stripe Checkout and the actual gate are the next engineering slice. This page is the offer. Do not enter a card here — there is no processor on localhost.
What we will never sell as “included”
A complete UK land-for-sale inventory, a property-level knotweed certificate, fire grades, Cranfield NATMAP texture, or an HMLR title plan. Those need a licence or they are someone else’s search. Official CON29 / CON29M still sit with the council and the Mining Remediation Authority.
How to take a founding seat
1. Run Identify on a real holding — start with Holbeach Fen if you want the peat / paludiculture pack.
2. Host this site on HTTPS (Cloudflare Pages or Netlify) under a domain you control.
3. Activate Stripe, create product Land Screen at £29/month founding, and drop the Payment Link on this page.
Until that link exists, the product to show a buyer is the dossier on the map, not a checkout form that goes nowhere.
