There is no free official API of properties currently on the market. The search below opens Rightmove, OnTheMarket and Zoopla for any UK postcode or place. For England and Wales it also pulls HM Land Registry Price Paid Data — completed sales, free, no API key — so you can compare asking stock with what actually sold nearby.
Price Paid is not a “for sale” feed. It lags the market, covers residential completions only, and does not include Scotland or Northern Ireland. Searchland, PropertyData and similar products are paid if you need listings inside a CRM.

What you can put on the map
Sold-price records have addresses, not coordinates — they appear as a list after Identify, not as extra dots. Live “for sale” stock stays on the portals (ToS). Planning constraints, brownfield land, ALC and listed buildings are already mapped from free government APIs.
